During his lifetime he touched many lives and was a blessing to many people from all walks of life! He made friends everywhere he went all over the world including, in the U.S., Canada, London, Caribbean Islands, South America, Africa and many other places.
As you all know, Ernie was a great “Philanthropist” whose mission in life was to promote the welfare of others. He did this through the programs he created, his ministry messages and the many generous donations he made to varies organizations and causes. Our hearts desire is that his Legacy lives on through the Ernest Daurham Jr. Legacy Foundation. The Foundation will continue to support causes dear to his heart.

Ernest Daurham Jr., Founder and CEO of D’orum Hair Products Inc. and Daurham Corporation, the inventor of the famous “Leisure Curl”, made his ascension from this earthly realm on August 21, 2021. His corporate offices were once located in Chicago, Illinois and Gary, Indiana. Mr. Daurham’s celebration of life will be privately held by his children in Arizona. The foundation will honor his memory in a public forum in Chicago in August of 2022.
