Jackie Spencer
Jackie received a BA in Chemistry from University of Detroit Mercy. Post-grad she pursued a career in dentistry and later pivoted into real estate, founding the Right at Home Real Estate Group.
Jackie is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and currently serves as Technology Chairman of the Novi, MI chapter. Jackie juggles this while being a mom, which is her ultimate superpower.
Orna Spencer
A graduate of Tennessee State University, Orna Spencer served as Miss TSU and Miss National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame.
She received her BA in foreign language with a concentration in Spanish and a double major in speech, communication, and theater.
Orna has produced two on-stage musicals and directed several productions. While Orna began her professional career in education, she later transitioned into manufacturing.
She implemented extensive training programs and initiatives to improve company morale for over 5,000 new hires. Her knowledge in lean manufacturing has been essential in BeautyGoGo’s ability to execute.
