Sofia African Hair Braiding

DO NOT GO THERE! I went to get senegalese twist on 10/11, the braids started slipping 2 days after install, went back to have them redone and they started slipping again. My hair looked like it had been up for 3 months after just 1 week. I started taking the twist down because they looked so bad and come to find out THE BRAIDER CUT MY HAIR! Her name is MOTOMA. My hair is bluntly cut in various places as well as completely thinned out. This had to happen as she cut away the fuzz/frizz after completing each braid. I sent the OWNER, Sofia, pictures and she ignored me. I called her, she didn't answer but texted me back saying that the braider said she didn't cut my hair and that I cut my own hair when taking it down, she then blows me off and suggest that I call the shop to talk to the braider. I did not cut the braiding hair when taking them down.

The way Sofia runs her business is unacceptable. Save your time, money and hair and find somewhere else to get your hair done.
