The building is only 4-5 years old. It Has around 12,000 sqft and plan to add on another 5000-6000 sqft in the near future. The Canada border is only 4 miles away for easy northbound/southbound shipments. Our pricing list is attached also with our base rates. Once there is an agreement on pricing and terms, we can start moving forward right away!
